The Pool membership application keeps up with active and inactive members. Member data includes family member names, photos, address, friend passes, payment history, dates and times checked into the pool for the year, etc.
There is the check in section that the pool staff uses to check in members with reference photos of each person entering. It also shows membership status of each guest and integrates a web cam to take photos if needed.
The Admin section has reporting that keeps up with daily attendance, total yearly revenue collected. System user access with fine grain filtering of access rights.
